With less than 1km between us, it felt like the perfect collab - bringing two local businesses together to create something for our wider community to enjoy

10:00–10:50 | 50 min Sunday Circuit @ SFX Gym

11:00–11:55 | 55 min Sauna + Cold Plunge @ Benbulben Sauna Club

The circuit is suitable for all fitness levels - work at your own pace, then head over the road to switch off, recover and enjoy the sauna together
